Compensation Starting Pay:

$25.00/hour + 10% Night Shift Premium 90-

Day Milestone:

Eligible for a $1.00/hour increase ($26.00/hour) upon successful completion of initial training 12-

Month Milestone:

Eligible for an additional $2.00/hour increase ($28.00/hour) upon completion of advanced training Year 2 earning potential: $66,250+

Leadership Opportunities:

Annual Schedule Planning:

Accrue 3 weeks of PTO during your first year Key Responsibilities As a Chemical Systems Technician, Production Technician, Chemical Operator, or Process Operator, you will: Safely monitor and operate advanced chemical processing equipment using computerized control systems Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure product quality and workplace safety Monitor, analyze, and accurately document process conditions and equipment performance Record production data and operational metrics throughout manufacturing runs Collaborate with a self-directed production team and supervisory leadership Maintain compliance with all safety procedures and PPE requirements Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing environment Required Qualifications We're looking for individuals who are dependable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented.
