Technician (Reactor Operator/Lab Technician)
Location:
Lake Jackson, TX Seeking a Junior
R&D/TS&D
Technician with 3+ years of laboratory, chemical process, or reactor operation experience to support Process R&D activities. Responsibilities include operating batch and Parr reactors , conducting polymerization experiments, collecting and documenting data, troubleshooting equipment, performing routine maintenance, and supporting laboratory setups. ✅ High School Diploma + 3 years of lab experience required ✅ Associate Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field preferred ✅ Experience with reactor operations, chemical handling, and laboratory safety ✅ Exposure to GC, viscometers, data loggers, and other analytical instruments preferred ✅ Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and hands-on mechanical aptitude
