GreenPro is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our team as a Turf & Chemical Application Technician . This is an outdoor, hands-on position focused on professional turf management, fertilizer applications, and herbicide applications . No previous experience is required—we are willing to train the right person. Previous experience in turf care, agriculture, chemical applications, or a related field is a plus.

What You'll Do:

As a Turf & Chemical Application Technician, you will be trained in GreenPro's professional turf management programs and responsible for providing quality treatments to properties throughout the Lubbock and surrounding area.

Primary responsibilities include:

Applying fertilizer and turf treatments Performing herbicide and weed-control applications Learning proper turf management practices and treatment programs Operating fertilizer spreaders and chemical application equipment Following product labels and company application procedures Properly handling and storing application products Maintaining accurate service records Providing professional customer service when interacting with customers Safely operating a company vehicle and equipment Maintaining a clean and professional appearance while working on customer properties Requirements Candidates must have: Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to pass a background check Ability to pass a drug screening Clean, neat, and professional appearance Reliable attendance and punctuality Punctuality is non-negotiable. Our technicians operate on scheduled routes, and every member of our team plays an important role in keeping those routes running on time. If you have difficulty consistently arriving at work on time, this position is not for you. This is a physically active, outdoor position. Candidates must be comfortable being on their feet for extended periods and working outdoors throughout the year in Lubbock's hot, cold, windy, and changing weather conditions.
