Positions are located throughout the state. This is professional work in the chemical analysis and examination of a wide variety of substances and materials in state laboratories. Responsibilities
Note:
Equivalent to Microbiologist, Senior duties- Plan/direct the work of sections by monitoring workflow
- Ensure employees are trained
- Perform specimen/sample processing, testing, and reporting results
- Monitor performance/documentation of: function checks, preventive maintenance, and quality control Proficiency testing activities
