100% Onsite neteffects is hiring three Coating Technicians to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations at Kindeva Drug Delivery in Northridge, California. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with hands-on manufacturing experience, particularly in pharmaceutical production, chemical mixing, compounding, formulation, coating, or equipment operation. The Coating Technician is responsible for preparing materials, operating production equipment, following manufacturing procedures, maintaining product quality, and ensuring manufacturing processes meet established safety and GMP requirements. •5:30 AM Key Responsibilities Operate industrial mixing, coating, and slitting equipment used in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Weigh, measure, formulate, and mix raw materials according to established manufacturing instructions. Perform equipment setup, cleaning, changeovers, and routine troubleshooting. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manufacturing orders, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Verify that correct raw materials are used in production batches. Accurately document manufacturing activities, production orders, and batch records. Perform equipment cleaning and line clearance to help prevent cross-contamination. Monitor equipment operating parameters and report production or quality deviations. Safely operate material-handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment. Communicate equipment status and production updates with supervisors and other shifts. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Ability to follow written manufacturing instructions and safety procedures. Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to operate industrial manufacturing equipment. Ability to work safely in a production environment and wear required personal protective equipment. Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to work an assigned production shift and required overtime. Preferred Experience Pharmaceutical manufacturing. Chemical manufacturing. Mixing, compounding, or formulation. Industrial coating equipment. GMP or cGMP manufacturing. Manufacturing batch records. Equipment cleaning and changeovers. Forklift or powered pallet jack operation. Experience handling raw materials and industrial mixing vessels. Candidates with manufacturing experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, cosmetics, medical device, or other regulated production environments are encouraged to apply. Physical and Safety Requirements This position involves lifting 25-65 pounds, handling manufacturing materials, standing or walking for extended periods, and using required personal protective equipment. Respirator use is required. Employees must comply with applicable respiratory protection and fit-testing requirements, including maintaining a proper respirator seal. Facial hair cannot interfere with the respirator seal. Accommodation requests will be handled through the appropriate process.

Employment Details Pay:

Up to $31.00/hour W2. Contract assignment expected through December 31, 2026.

Target start date:

October 5, 2026, subject to completion of required onboarding. Benefits available through neteffects. Background screening and drug screening required.
