Job description Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Formulation Associate to support the preparation and manufacturing of pharmaceutical products in a regulated GMP environment. This position will perform formulation, material handling, equipment operation, and documentation activities while following established procedures and safety requirements. Responsibilities Perform formulation and manufacturing activities according to SOPs, batch records, and GMP guidelines.

Weigh, measure, and dispense raw materials accurately according to manufacturing instructions.

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment used in formulation and production.

Complete batch records, logbooks, and other required production documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Perform in-process checks and verify materials, quantities, and equipment before and during production.

Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant manufacturing environment.

Follow gowning, PPE, safety, and contamination-control procedures.

Assist with equipment cleaning, setup, and breakdown between manufacturing activities.

Identify and report equipment issues, discrepancies, or deviations to appropriate personnel.

Work collaboratively with Manufacturing, Quality, and other departments to meet production schedules.

Maintain a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and adherence to GMP requirements.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field is a plus.

Previous experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, manufacturing, laboratory, or warehouse environments preferred.

Ability to follow detailed written procedures and accurately complete documentation.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Comfortable working with PPE and following strict safety and cleanliness requirements.

Ability to lift and move materials as required for the position.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, as required by production needs.
