Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior formulators in the research and development of new products. Conduct basic calculations related to concentration, percentages, density, and costs to assist in formulation processes. Assist in sourcing and evaluating raw materials for product development. Participate in the development and optimization of product formulations. Work closely with multiple departments, clients, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and coordination. Maintain accurate records of formulation experiments and results. Adhere to regulatory guidelines and company standards in product development processes. Assist in troubleshooting formulation-related issues and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, food science, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in a laboratory, formulator, R D, or regulatory role in nutraceutical, pharma, OTC, or cosmetic industry. Proficiency in basic calculations related to formulation processes. Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment under the guidance of senior formulators. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
