Job Description

We are seeking a Chemistry Laboratory Analyst to perform advanced analytical testing on raw materials, intermediates, beverage components, finished products, auxiliary materials, and water samples. This role is responsible for ensuring analytical accuracy, maintaining laboratory equipment, supporting method development, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Recent Chemistry graduates with strong instrumentation knowledge are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Perform complex chemical analyses on raw ingredients, intermediates, beverage parts, finished products, auxiliary materials, and water. Operate, troubleshoot, calibrate, repair, and conduct preventive maintenance on laboratory instrumentation . Develop, validate, and improve laboratory test methods , sampling procedures, monitoring systems, and analytical processes. Conduct data audits , database reviews, statistical process control (SPC) , and correlation studies to ensure data integrity. Inspect laboratory operations and procedures to ensure compliance with internal quality systems and external certification requirements. Identify, investigate, and resolve process-related non-conformances. Dispose of retained samples and chemicals according to safety and regulatory requirements. Generate reports and maintain accurate records within Formula Management Systems and laboratory databases. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field. Open to recent graduates; relevant laboratory experience is a plus. Hands-on experience or academic exposure to analytical instruments such as
LC-MS , LC-UV
, and other analytical chemistry instrumentation . Knowledge of analytical chemistry , method validation, and laboratory quality systems. Understanding of organic chemistry , including essential oils and flavor compounds. Knowledge of inorganic chemistry , including acidulants, buffers, oxygen, and water chemistry. Strong data analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
