Shift:

12-Hour Rotating Shift | 7:00 PM-7:00 AM

•Preferred US citizen or a Green card holder Job Summary Support food quality and safety through analytical testing, process monitoring, data analysis, troubleshooting, corrective actions, audits, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Perform and oversee analytical testing, raw material evaluation, and quality/food safety checks. Analyze process data, identify trends/variations, troubleshoot laboratory and processing issues. Support corrective actions, process recovery, equipment calibration, and laboratory maintenance. Identify opportunities for waste/cost reduction and support process improvement and specialized testing. Train and support laboratory technicians and maintain effective training processes. Support internal/customer audits and ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and customer requirements. Review and approve final production results and communicate process, product, and wastewater data. Independently resolve moderately complex laboratory/process issues and escalate complex technical concerns. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field, or equivalent relevant experience. 2+ years of related work experience. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to analyze data, identify process issues, and support corrective actions. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently. Good judgment to resolve routine issues and escalate complex technical problems. Desired Skills Food safety, quality, regulatory compliance, analytical testing, audits, process improvement, data analysis, and laboratory troubleshooting experience. Education Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
