In this role, you will apply your expertise in analytical and organic chemistry to develop, optimize, and validate formulations and analytical methods. Your work will support quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and the advancement of our pharmaceutical and biotechnological products. We are seeking a motivated professional passionate about laboratory science, eager to collaborate across functions, and committed to excellence in research and manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Position may include completing formulas, following up on stability of formulas, and making adjustments to fix formulas as necessary, creating prototype formulas and performing modifications to meet product specifications, providing creative and resourceful solutions to issues which may arise during the product development process, interacting with various support groups within R D and maintaining a minimum of 5 basic projects. Design experiments and formulate strategies for product development, formulation chemistry, and process improvements through rigorous experimental design. Operate and maintain laboratory instruments including spectrophotometers, chromatographs, and other laboratory equipment with precision. Qualifications Position requires a Bachelor's degree in science-related field, minimum 2 years of experience (preferably in cosmetics industry), computer literacy, excellent communication skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, team-player and positive attitude.
