As an Analytical Chemist in Florham Park/Morristown, New Jersey , you will play a critical role in advancing innovation and supporting business success through analytical expertise. As part of our Analytical Chemistry team, you will partner closely with R&D, Tenchnical Service Manufacturing, Quality, and cross-functional stakeholders to generate reliable data, solve complex challenges, and help bring high-quality products to market. Essential Job Functions Conduct analytical testing on R&D, production, and customer samples using chromatographic, spectroscopic, wet chemistry, and other analytical techniques. Develop, validate, and optimize analytical methods for new and existing products and raw materials. Deliver accurate, reliable, and timely analytical results while maintaining thorough documentation and data integrity. Prepare technical reports, data summaries, and customer-facing analytical information. Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to support product development and troubleshoot manufacturing or customer challenges. Maintain laboratory equipment and contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. Continuously expand technical knowledge and support continuous improvement initiatives within the laboratory. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or a closely related scientific discipline; Master's degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of relevant analytical laboratory experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2 years with a Master's degree. Strong hands-on experience with HPLC/UPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FT-IR, wet chemistry, and modern analytical techniques. Knowledge of analytical development practices, laboratory operations, and statistical methods. Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams while showing initiative, adaptability, and a proactive mindset aligned with Arxada's values of collaboration, grit, and driving results. US Compensation Statement The expected salary range for this role is 68-83k annually but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.
