• Scientist (Contract) - Cell Culture & Analytical Development-
• We are seeking a highly motivated
• Scientist
• to support Research & Development efforts in
• analytical development, cell characterization, and genetic analysis
• . This role will focus on characterizing new cell lines and optimizing media formulations using a combination of
• analytical methods, 2D/3D cell culture systems, and molecular biology techniques
• . This position reports directly to the
• Bioprocess Director
• and offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative R D environment.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Independently perform analytical assays including
• cell counting, plate-based assays, PCR/RT-PCR, Western blotting, and metabolite analysis
• + Execute and maintain
• mammalian cell culture workflows
• , including cell expansion, cryopreservation, and
• 3D culture systems
• + Prepare media and buffers to support
• 3D and bioreactor-based cultures
• + Develop and optimize analytical methods for
• cell and genetic characterization
• + Analyze and interpret experimental data to support R D objectives + Collaborate cross-functionally to advance research programs and meet project timelines
• Qualifications
• + MS or PhD in
• Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering
• , or related field + 2-4+ years of hands-on
• wet lab experience
• (industry experience preferred) + Strong experience with
• mammalian cell culture and analytical techniques
• (cell counters, microscopy, metabolite analysis) + Experience with
• 3D culture systems or organoids
• is a plus + Proficiency in
• data analysis tools
• (Prism, JMP, Minitab, Excel) + Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques such as
• DNA/RNA/protein isolation, PCR, RT-qPCR, Western blot, ELISA
