Job Description

Third Party Analytics, an analytical testing lab based in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a part-time Chemist to support method development and validation for peptide and steroid testing. About the Role You'll work with Agilent HPLC system to develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods for a set list of peptide and steroid compounds. We need someone who already knows Agilent HPLC and ChemStation inside and out and can hit the ground running from day one. Responsibilities Develop and validate HPLC methods for peptide and steroid analysis Operate and maintain Agilent HPLC instrumentation Process and interpret data using ChemStation software Document methods, results, and validation protocols accurately and thoroughly Troubleshoot instrument and method performance issues Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or in progress) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field Hands-on experience developing and validating HPLC methods Direct working knowledge of Agilent HPLC systems and ChemStation software Understanding of method development and validation principles (linearity, accuracy, precision, LOD/LOQ) Prior lab experience testing peptides and/or steroids preferred Comfortable working independently with meticulous documentation and attention to detail

Part-time, flexible hours. On-site in Las Vegas, NV.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
