Job Description
Job description: Trailhead Biosystems is the pioneer of applying High-Dimensional Design-of-Experiments (HD-DoE) towards understanding systems developmental biology. Trailhead Biosystems seeks a Senior Research Scientist in the field of stem cell biology to develop directed differentiation protocols for specialized cells within the ectodermal lineages. The Senior Research Scientist will work in a fast-paced laboratory developing cell culture protocols of desirable phenotypes determined by company goals under the guidance of R D director. We are looking for an adaptable team player, armed with a growth mind set, organized, and strongly focused on product development. The position involves all aspects of stem cell biology including designing experiments, analyzing data, culturing cells, protocol development and process validation. The qualified individual will report to the Director of Endoderm in R D and work with a cross-disciplinary team that includes product management, manufacturing, and quality control teams.
