Responsibilities:
- Conduct testing and chemical analyses to support manufacturing & operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
- Analyze and interpret data, draw meaningful conclusions, and prepare detailed reports for project teams and management.
- Follow and optimize standard testing methods for the characterization and quality control of microencapsulated raw materials and formulated products.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including but not limited to, calorimetry, chromatography, and various analytical instruments.
- Maintain thorough and accurate laboratory records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including chemists, engineers, and project managers, to achieve project objectives.
- Participate in quality control and assurance activities, ensuring that all products meet regulatory and quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with current developments in the field of chemistry, and apply new knowledge to improve processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in chemistry (or Science related) with 1-5 years experience . Prior internships and co-op work can be relevant experience. Prior experience working in a manufacturing, analytical or research laboratory is preferred.

GMP Regulations:
1 year (Preferred)- Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry principles.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques, including calorimetry, chromatography, and wet chemistry methods.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and quality control practices is advantageous.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to laboratory protocols.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
