- Required Legally authorized to work in the job posting country Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field 6 or more years of experience utilizing analytical chemistry techniques 3 or more years of experience leading teams and/or managing complex technical projects Intermediate proficiency working with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) What Makes You Stand Out
- Preferred Master's degree or equivalent in Chemistry or a related field 8 or more years of experience utilizing analytical chemistry techniques 3 or more years of formal people-leadership experience managing scientific or technical teams Experience in the oil and gas industry, including familiarity with ASTM methods, regulatory requirements, and quality management systems Advanced proficiency with analytical techniques such as gas chromatography (GC), mass spectrometry (MS), infrared spectroscopy (IR), and other relevant methods Proven track record of building high-performing, inclusive teams and leading cross-functional research, development, or analytical programs from concept through implementation Strong understanding of the chemical properties of petroleum, natural gas, renewable feedstocks, and related finished and intermediate products Compensation Range This position has a base salary range of $160,200•$195,800.
