Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm What You Bring to the Team Required qualifications and skills: Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare, clinical, patient-facing, or research settings CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and professionalism Comfort working full-time on-site in a patient-facing role Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite Preferred qualifications and skills: Experience in clinical research CMA/CNA certification Knowledge of diabetes, obesity, or metabolic care How You'll Make a Difference Prepare and manage study visits, including equipment setup, devices, and supplies.

Support patients during study procedures:

vitals, ECGs, point-of-care testing, urinalysis, and other protocol-specific tasks. Assist with study documentation, data entry, and maintaining accurate records. Manage and track study supplies, including setup, inventory, and proper disposal. Collaborate with CRCs, research staff, and external partners to ensure smooth study conduct. Provide patient education on diabetes management, devices, and study protocols. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment. Participate in special projects or tasks as assigned.
