We are actively building a robust research program and are looking for a Clinical Research Coordinator to help lead study execution, patient recruitment, and regulatory compliance. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing research initiative with meaningful impact in both medical dermatology and clinical trials. Position Overview The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) will play a key role in the day-to-day management of clinical trials, including patient recruitment, study coordination, regulatory compliance, and sample handling. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and execute clinical research studies from startup through closeout Recruit, screen, and consent study participants Conduct study visits in accordance with protocol and GCP guidelines Perform chart reviews and identify eligible patients Maintain accurate and timely source documentation and case report forms Process, handle, and ship biological samples per protocol requirements Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (IRB, FDA, sponsor protocols) Communicate with sponsors, CROs, and study monitors Manage study supplies and maintain research logs and binders Support providers and research leadership in expanding study opportunities Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 2-5 years of clinical research experience Experience with patient consenting and recruitment Phlebotomy experience required Experience with sample processing and shipment IATA certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Strong understanding of GCP and clinical trial workflows Excellent organizational and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working in outpatient clinical settings Familiarity with EDC systems and EMRs Experience with industry-sponsored trials Ability to work independently and manage multiple studies simultaneously Dermatology experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience PTO and paid holidays Opportunities for growth as research program expands Support for continuing education and certifications Why Join DCC Derm?
