This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with patients, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to high-quality clinical research. Key Responsibilities Welcome patients and research participants and prepare examination or research rooms. Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and medication information. Assist healthcare providers and research staff with examinations, procedures, and study visits. Schedule appointments and maintain accurate electronic medical records. Support participant recruitment, screening, enrollment, and follow-up. Assist with informed-consent documentation under the supervision of authorized study personnel. Enter research data and maintain accurate, organized study files. Vitals ECG Phlebotomy Coordinate laboratory samples, study visits, and research materials. Follow HIPAA requirements, study protocols, Good Clinical Practice guidelines, and workplace safety procedures. Communicate professionally with patients, research participants, investigators, sponsors, and other team members. Perform general administrative and clinical duties as assigned. Qualifications Medical Assistant certification or relevant clinical experience preferred. Previous experience in a medical office, clinic, laboratory, or clinical research setting is a plus. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Professional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain patient and research participant confidentiality. Basic computer skills and experience with electronic medical records or research databases preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Must be available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and occasional weekends as needed.
