This role serves as the primary liaison between our site and study sponsors, ensuring clinical trials are conducted in compliance with all applicable regulations.

Full-time Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact between the site and sponsor throughout the study lifecycle Maintain current knowledge of clinical research project status and site activities Collaborate with sponsors to develop study implementation processes and tools Prepare and submit IRB submission forms throughout the life of the study Review and organize Central IRB approvals and supporting materials Prepare and coordinate site selection visits, site initiation visits, routine monitoring visits, and FDA audits Work with regulatory and quality assurance staff to integrate SOPs and regulatory standards into projects Maintain strong communication with network physicians, research coordinators, and staff on clinical trial matters Maintain study-specific regulatory binders and ensure all study documents are current and accessible to investigators/staff Monitor for protocol revisions, safety reports, and other sponsor/IRB communications requiring action
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a health-related, scientific, or related field required 2-5 years of clinical research, regulatory affairs, or related experience preferred Working knowledge of FDA, IRB, and other regulations governing clinical trial conduct Proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical trial management systems/databases Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills across concurrent studies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment on regulatory matters
Pay:
$21.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
