Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and support patients throughout clinical trial visits Collect clinical data including vitals, EKGs, and patient interviews Perform phlebotomy and process laboratory specimens Assist with scheduling, documentation, and regulatory support Coordinate with study teams to ensure compliance and efficiency

Qualifications:

High school diploma required 6+ months medical office experience 1+ year phlebotomy experience preferred Strong attention to detail and patient-focused approach Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
