Job Description

Job Overview NDx Clinical Research is growing, and we're seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team in Dayton, Ohio. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRC who enjoys independently managing clinical trials, working closely with patients and investigators, and helping grow one of the Midwest's emerging CNS clinical research programs. NDx's expanding portfolio includes Alzheimer's disease and memory disorders, Parkinson's disease, migraines and other neurological conditions, as well as depression, bipolar disorder, and additional psychiatry therapeutic areas. Depending on qualifications, experience, and demonstrated level of independent study management, the position may be structured at the
CRC II, CRC
III, or Lead CRC level. Responsibilities Independently coordinate multiple industry-sponsored clinical trials Manage participant screening, informed consent, enrollment, study visits, and follow-up Review protocol requirements and coordinate participant eligibility with investigators Maintain accurate source documentation and complete timely EDC data entry and query resolution Identify, document, and facilitate reporting of AEs, SAEs, protocol deviations, and other safety information Coordinate investigational product accountability and protocol-specific procedures Prepare for and support monitoring visits, audits, and sponsor/CRO interactions Serve as a primary liaison among investigators, sponsors/CROs, study participants, and the research team Collaborate with recruitment staff to support enrollment goals and address recruitment barriers Maintain study documentation in accordance with GCP, FDA, protocol, and regulatory requirements Train and mentor research staff as appropriate to position level Required 2+ years of direct clinical research experience , including experience coordinating industry-sponsored clinical trials Demonstrated ability to independently manage clinical trials and multiple competing priorities Experience with participant screening, informed consent, study visits, source documentation, EDC, and AE/SAE documentation Working knowledge of
ICH-GCP, FDA
regulations, and human subject protection requirements Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with CTMS, EDC, eSource/eRegulatory, or other clinical research technologies Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Preferred Experience in Alzheimer's disease, neurology, psychiatry, or other CNS clinical trials CCRC, CCRP, or similar clinical research certification Experience managing complex Phase II-IV clinical trials Experience training or mentoring junior CRCs and research staff For candidates being considered at the Lead CRC level, RN licensure is strongly preferred, along with demonstrated experience mentoring CRCs and experience with quality assurance or clinical research quality improvement. Work Location:
In person - Dayton, Ohio Starting pay: $27/hour and up dependent on experience level of CRC. We are actively looking to fill this position within the next few weeks and, at this time, will not be extending interviews to candidates who are located out of state or who are unable to begin working locally within our anticipated hiring timeframe.
