Job Summary Our client is seeking a Principal Investigator to provide clinical protocol oversight and patient management within a dynamic trial setting. This role involves ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, monitoring patient safety, and collaborating with on-site staff and senior clinical leadership to ensure smooth study operations. Key Responsibilities Ensure all trial-related procedures and documentation adhere to approved clinical protocols. Review patient charts and medical histories for eligibility determination for trial enrollment. Monitor patient safety and evaluate adverse events. Manage eClinical systems for timely review and sign-offs. Work closely with on-site staff and coordinate with clinical leadership to maintain trial continuity. Conduct periodic on-site visits and engage with study sponsors and monitors as required. Qualifications Active board certification/licensure in Gastroenterology (GI), Endocrinology, Rheumatology, or Internal Medicine. Capability to act as a Principal Investigator (PI) or Sub-Investigator (Sub-I). Proficiency in remote eClinical platforms, such as Creo. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based structure. Flexibility with a low-hour/part-time commitment (5-15 hours/week).
