Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a Junior Regulatory Coordinator to support clinical research trials with a strong focus on source documentation . This role is non-patient facing and will work closely with the current Regulatory Coordinator to create, manage, and maintain source documents for new and ongoing clinical trials. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their regulatory career or a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) with deep expertise in source documentation who is looking to transition into a more regulatory-focused role. Key Responsibilities Create and develop source documentation for all new clinical trials Manage and maintain source documents in real time Support the existing Regulatory Coordinator with day-to-day regulatory documentation needs Ensure source documents strictly follow protocols, data entry guidance, and regulatory standards Maintain highly standardized documentation with no deviation or "wiggle room" Support regulatory exposure related specifically to how source documentation is built, maintained, and used Preferred Experience Experience supporting clinical research trials in a regulatory or CRC capacity Prior experience working in highly structured, compliance-driven research environments Familiarity with documentation processes where accuracy is assessed against protocol and guidance (not individual physician discretion) Additional Details This role is not patient-facing The primary focus of the role is source documentation throughout the workday Ideal for someone looking to gain deeper regulatory exposure while specializing in source documentation Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fountain Valley, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
