as a Clinical Research Coordinator in Mansfield, TX, where you'll play a vital role in advancing medical research. This exciting position offers the opportunity to work on innovative clinical trials while collaborating with a passionate team dedicated to improving patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage clinical trial activities to ensure compliance with study protocols. Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants while maintaining accurate records. Conduct informed consent discussions and provide education to participants. Monitor patient progress and collect data throughout the trial phases. Collaborate with investigators and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to guidelines. Prepare and submit necessary documentation to ethics committees and regulatory agencies. Facilitate communication between study participants, sponsors, and team members. Assist in the training and mentoring of new staff members as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field preferred. Previous experience in clinical research or as a clinical research coordinator. Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Certification in Clinical Research (e.g., ACRP or SOCRA) is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and clinical trial management software.
