The Manager Clinical Research Programs is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of a functional team accountable for supporting clinical research programs and/or studies conducted by Principal Investigators (PIs) at Arkansas Children's Research Institute. Achieves functional objectives while developing individuals and teams and ensuring team effectiveness, including but not limited to, with process maintenance and definition of team norms.Required Education:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; Or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Recommended Education:
Required Work Experience:
Related Field- 5 years with 1 year of leadership experience

ACRP Certified Professional- Association of Clinical Research Professionals, Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP)
