Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Veeva Clinical Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong Project Management (PM) and Business Analysis (BA) capabilities. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting clinical systems initiatives, driving problem-solving, and ensuring smooth execution of ongoing projects within the Veeva Clinical ecosystem. Required Qualifications Strong experience with Veeva Clinical Suite (CTMS, eTMF, Vault) Proven experience in Project Management and/or Business Analysis roles Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience working in clinical trials / life sciences domain Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in end-to-end Veeva implementations or enhancements Familiarity with GxP and regulatory compliance PMP, CBAP, or similar certifications (nice to have) Key Responsibilities Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Veeva Clinical applications (e.g., CTMS, eTMF, Vault Clinical Suite) Lead and support project management activities , including planning, tracking, and stakeholder coordination Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications Drive problem-solving and issue resolution across clinical systems and processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical operations, IT, and vendors Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to quality standards Support system enhancements, implementations, and integrations Provide guidance and best practices for Veeva Clinical solutions Thanks & Regards, Krishan Kumar Sr. IT Recruiter Last Word Consulting Inc.
