• $60•64/hr Are you an experienced Clinical Project Manager looking for a flexible, fractional opportunity?

Join our client, an innovative biotechnology company, and play a key role supporting multiple Phase 1 and Phase 2 clinical development programs while working approximately 10-15 hours per week in a highly autonomous environment.

Who you are:

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field. 6+ years of clinical project management experience within biotech or pharmaceutical organizations. 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and managing integrated project plans, Gantt charts, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables. Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, cross-functional team coordination, and clinical development processes. Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Project. What you'll do: Partner with clinical leadership to coordinate project management activities across multiple Phase 1 and Phase 2 studies. Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, risk registers, action trackers, and project dashboards. Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional deliverables to support successful study execution. Prepare executive presentations, status reports, governance materials, and operational metrics for leadership reviews. Drive cross-functional alignment and provide project visibility to support informed decision-making.
