Institute Co-Directors:

Develop and implement the strategic plan for the Center, to align with the Neuroscience Institute strategic plan Provide operational oversight including space, personnel, and equipment needs Advance philanthropic efforts with IU School of Medicine, IU Health, and Riley Children's Foundations Enhance innovation and protect intellectual property Dedicated institutional budget dollars are fully set aside and carved out specifically for this Director to scale, recruit, and custom-build their program from day one.

Enhance Clinical Care Delivery System-Wide:

Enhance multidisciplinary care models, including clinical centers of excellence (e.g.

ALSA, MDA, CMTA, PPMD

) Enhance statewide approach to care Guide recruiting and retention of faculty and staff Promote new treatments and technologies Advance public health initiatives and advocacy Enhance regional and national reputation Develop quality measures

Education and Research Oversight:
