JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical Operations- Provide direct supervision to clinical front-office clerical or clinical support staff in patient care and related duties.
- Design, participate and collaborate in departmental and interdepartmental grant and research projects. People Planning
- Conduct ongoing evaluation and mentoring of direct reports, including effective, clear, and timely annual performance evaluation.
- Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, such as JCAHO, HIPAA, and/or other accreditation standards. Design and/or implement programs, policies, and/or procedures to ensure compliance. Track laws and regulations that might affect policies and procedures. May prepare compliance reports and communicate results as necessary. Strategic Planning
- Support the development and implementation of research systems and processes to improve productivity and efficiency and to facilitate sustained growth in collaboration with Principal Investigators.
