We are a progressive organization, dedicated to helping people - including our staff - be successful! LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking a Mobile Crisis Engagement Specialist for our CCBHC Program. This position is 3rd shift and will be located in Jasper, IN, but will cover all 11 counties of Clark, Crawford, Floyd, Dubois, Harrison, Jefferson, Orange, Perry, Scott, Spencer, and Washington. A Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field is highly desired. Two years direct experience will be considered in lieu of education. Certified Peer Recovery Specialists will also be considered. This position will also serve as a referral source to a variety of service providers throughout the area. Other duties will include collaborating with first responders, facilitating groups, and providing case management support for CCBHC clients with substance use disorder. We are looking for caring, compassionate and energetic people who enjoy helping others. An electronic medical record is used so computer literacy is also required. Rotating on call responsibilities in coordination with the Mobile Crisis Intervention Team (MCT) will also be required.
