This role ensures workspaces, restrooms, break areas, and common spaces meet cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards. Environmental Specialists work independently while coordinating with supervisors to ensure supplies, repairs, and expectations are met. Responsibilities Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors of various surfaces. Dust ceilings, light fixtures, machines, racks, countertops, and furniture. Clean, scrub, and sanitize restrooms, sinks, and kitchen/breakroom fixtures. Empty trash and recycling bins throughout assigned areas. Wash and dry windows and glass surfaces as needed. Communicate with the Cleaning Supervisor regarding supply needs. Report damages, breakages, or safety concerns observed during cleaning. Notify supervisor of maintenance or repair needs. Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with company expectations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred. Ability to safely use cleaning products, tools, and equipment. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
