Company Info & Job Responsibilities Guzi-West Inspection and Consulting, LLC is seeking qualified candidates to add a member to our Northern California team. A candidate who will succeed in this position is a self starter, with great organization and stellar written and verbal communication skills. Work would include completing hazardous material surveys including testing for asbestos, lead, mold and more, project management, operation of technical equipment, report writing, and much more. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing firm where we truly value every employee. Opportunities to work with GIS applications and in the lab are also available. Minimum Requirements (may be waived with alternative achievements): AA/AS in Environmental Science OR 2+ Years' Experience in Construction, Restoration, Inspections/Consulting, or a Related Field Understanding of building systems Self-starter with a strong attention and excellent organization skills, capable of working in a fast paced environment Have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and willingness to work overtime and travel as projects require Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Capable of following safe work practices and company guidelines while climbing ladders, performing site surveys and wearing PPE (Tyvek, respiratory protection), and lifting equipment (
