The positions are temporary with potential for becoming regular employee later on. This role is essential in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining the integrity of our laboratory processes. Services include validation of clean rooms, water systems and compressed gases systems, and routine sampling of these systems. EM techs must follow proper safety practices and comply with GMP requirements as needed and with client requirements. We are looking for a person willing to work hard, able to work overtime, start work early and sometimes weekends. Responsibilities Perform in-house and field environmental monitoring sampling at client facilities (cleanrooms, water systems and compressed gases systems). Perform water testing such as bioburden, TOC, endotoxin and conductivity. Requirements Minimum AS degree in science with a concentration in microbiology. The position requires at least 1 year of hands-on experience in microbiology or EM testing in an FDA GMP regulated. Hands on experience in endotoxin testing, cleanroom Environmental monitoring, water testing and USP microbial methods. Experience performing
USP, FDA
BAM, AOAC, and ISO microbiology test procedures for biotech, pharmaceutical, and other FDA regulated products. Excellent organizational skills along with good written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to follow instructions and work as a team member. Valid driver's license required. Ability to start early (6am), work overtime and weekends as needed to complete projects. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to gown into a coverall and work in a cleanroom environment for long hours. Ability to stand and be on your feet for long hours. Understands, reads and comprehends English fluently. Ability to lift and move 20 pounds. Legal to work in the USA. Must pass background check and drug testing.

$25.20 - $30.35 per hour
