We are currently hiring a Mold Assessment Consultant (MAC) and are willing to train the right individual who meets licensing requirements. Job Summary You will conduct inspections of residential and commercial properties for mold and other environmental hazards, prepare clear technical reports, and maintain strong client relationships. This role offers growth, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a real impact in environmental health. Key Responsibilities Inspect buildings for mold Collect samples and follow strict environmental protocols Write and proof technical reports in plain, professional language Communicate findings and updates to clients and team members Comply with all applicable state and federal regulations Attend required training and certification courses Qualifications Must be eligible for a Mold Assessment Consultant (MAC) License per TDLR requirements Valid Texas driver's license and reliable vehicle High school diploma or GED plus 5 years experience in construction or science field OR 60 college credits in building/natural/physical sciences plus 3 years experience OR Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 1 year experience OR Certified Industrial Hygienist Ability to pass a criminal background check Skills Strong written and verbal communication Computer/tablet proficiency Detail-oriented and organized Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Comfortable climbing ladders, entering small spaces, and working outdoors Benefits Competitive salary + opportunities for additional income with weekend work Career advancement in a growing company Training provided for licensing and professional development Flexible work schedule Apply today if you're ready to start or advance your career in environmental health.
