This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys mentoring others, improving clinical outcomes, and helping create a culture of excellence in resident care. As the SDC/IP , you will play a key role in staff education, onboarding, competency development, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance while supporting our nursing team in delivering high-quality care. Maintain accurate documentation related to education and infection prevention activities. Collaborate with nursing leadership to promote a culture of safety and excellence. Qualifications Current, active Louisiana RN or LPN license . Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, education, infection prevention, or nursing leadership preferred. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. Ability to train, mentor, and motivate team members. Knowledge of CMS regulations, infection control standards, and nursing practices preferred.
