Crafting unique, technology-enabled flavor designs that define the identity of food and beverage brands, shape trends in flavor creation, and fuel market success. The role is based on-site (laboratory/pilot plant environment). You will be part of a creative, solution-oriented, and collaborative team where together we make a real impact for our customers and consumers. Your potential is our inspiration. In this role, the Senior Designer works with established internal and external customer networks to share and leverage products and techniques in the associated category. They act as a leader and collaborator to contribute to the regional and global technical strategic projects and innovation programs, working independently on tasks with responsibility for high value projects. Where You'll Make a Difference Lead and manage complex finished product development projects from ideation through scale-up and commercialization Develop finished product formulations using IFF technologies Partner with Production and Quality teams to support trials, scale-up, QA and QC activities Provide technical expertise on complex formulation and process challenges Contribute to regional and global innovation programs Collaborate with internal and external customer networks Deliver technical services such as plant trials and customer training Present technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders What Makes You the Right Fit Minimum 10 years in industrial food, ingredient, or flavor industry, including 5 years in a specialization Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related discipline Proven independent project management experience Strong formulation and ingredient functionality knowledge Cross-functional collaboration experience Strong communication skills On-site lab/pilot plant availability 5 days per week Willingness to travel up to 20% How Would You Stand Out?
