Full-time Summary:

The R D Data and Communication Specialist works with internal data to lead the process flow in the commercialization process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to: Understand, lead, and monitor the following ECO processes: EN, NM, NE, and FB. Be the primary lead for R D and work with other teams to do continuous improvement on the ECO process. Develop and roll out a process to gather feedback from FB processes from customers and production Manage the drive to organize information in multiple systems with the help of other R D members. sign-off process along with continuous improvement Steer the development of a feedback loop for production on blending Learn, write, and improve our work order instructions Will complete other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Either 5+ years of experience at a blending company OR 2+ years of experience in the fortification development industry AS/AA Degree

•Food Science/Nutrition/Chemistry preferred

Required Skills/Abilities:

Either have process flow and design experience or have production blending experience (both are preferred). Have a working understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word. Have experience with reading and working with work orders and technical documentation.

Work Conditions & Physical Requirements:

Ability to view a computer screen and type for extended hours Ability to adjust work schedule as business needs require.
