The Opportunity As an R D Formulation Intern, youll work closely with our Pet Food Scientists and other members of our formulation and operations teams.

Daily Duties and Responsibilities:

Gain comprehensive knowledge of the entire production cycle for our pet food productsSupport the R D and formulation team with day-to-day responsibilities, including:

At least a Junior in college pursuing a degree in Animal Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related fieldThe ability to dedicate 10-12 weeks to the internship program for the summer of 2027A positive attitude and willingness to learnThe ability to work in a team atmosphere and be a great co-workerThe ability to work on-site at our Perham, MN facility for the summer CompensationThe starting hourly rate of pay is $17.94 and will be a percentage of industry standards based on typical full-time starting salaries, and will depend on your year in school and timeline to graduation.
