Job Description
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Food Science . 3-5 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry (biscuit/snack products preferred). Experience with ingredient functionality, product development, and commercialization . Experience with pilot plant trials, factory trials, and ingredient troubleshooting is highly preferred. Willing to travel 25-40%. Must wear steel-toe/anti-slip safety shoes when required. Key Responsibilities Lead and support new product development projects from concept through commercialization. Work with cross-functional teams including R&D, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Regulatory. Plan and coordinate pilot plant and manufacturing trials. Conduct product testing, shelf-life studies, and quality evaluations. Troubleshoot ingredient and process issues during product development. Communicate project updates, risks, and timelines to stakeholders. Partner with senior leaders and suppliers to ensure successful project execution. Follow GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
