As a Geologist in the UST Corrective Action Group 2, you won't just study environmental issues—you'll lead the charge in investigating and restoring sites affected by underground storage tank releases. Job Duties:

Review the site investigation report once a release has been confirmed. Review RECAP Evaluation Reports and determine if calculated Limiting Risk Standards are correct. Review aquifer test data to determine the appropriate groundwater classification. Review and comment on Corrective Action Plans to address contaminated media above RECAP standards. Conduct site visits to oversee investigations and installation and implementation of approved remedial technologies. Participate in the ROG group to evaluate appropriate corrective action technologies and cost estimates.

Compensation:

This position offers a Special Entrance Rate (SER) listed below. This is the minimum compensation that may be offered.
