• What You'll Be Doing
• + Collaborate with CCA team and operations to develop drilling programs and manage drill projects including planning, cost estimation, supervision, and reporting + Assist with reserve and resource calculations, pit shell evaluations, and volume estimations for mining operations + Create technical maps, drawings, and documentation using ArcGIS and other tools for mine planning and reporting + Managing drill campaigns and data through various stages of project development + Participate in geological fieldwork, data collection, and geological assessments + Support health and safety initiatives across field and office activities •What Are We Looking For•+ 3rd year, 4th year, or masters level student working toward a degree in Geology or Engineering Geology + Experience in mining and with AutoCAD or mining software is considered an asset + Experience around drill rigs and/or core logging is considered an asset + Strong observation, critical thinking, and analytical skills + Effective communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team + Must have a valid driver's license and personal transportation Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled •\#Intern•Req ID•JR10017618 As part of our hiring process, we may use AI-assisted tools to support the screening and evaluation of candidate applications and interviews.
