Job Description, Abilities, and Skills Logic Geophysics is seeking a full-time geophysical technician and team lead. Successful candidate must possess good communication skills and enthusiasm to perform tasks as assigned independently from direct supervision. Person must be a U.S. citizen and currently located in Anchorage or Fairbanks at the time of application. The weekly hours will be variable, with the minimum anticipated to be 24 hours and the maximum anticipated to be 80 hours. Probationary period will be 90 days. Frequent long, challenging days of physical labor outside in all weather conditions can be expected. Work efforts may >75% remote work beyond Anchorage especially in the summertime, requiring overnight stays covered by the company. On the job training will be provided for all technical tasks. Technician will work with ground-penetrating-radar, seismic, GNSS, resistivity, gravity, magnetotellurics, and other geophysical/measurement equipment as instructed on the job site. Ideal candidate will demonstrate familiarity with similar technology, such as GPS systems. Pay $70,000

• 80,000 annual salary depending on experience.

Requirements Physically fit to conduct hard physical labor including walking on challenging terrain all day long, carrying, lifting 50 pounds, etc. Bachelor's degree in geophysics (or a related field) U.S. citizen Ability to travel throughout the state of Alaska to complete field investigations in adverse weather conditions Carrying objects up to 50 pounds. Travel to remote field locations in small aircraft including helicopters. Possess a valid driver's license & clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug testing. To apply
