Medical Laboratory Scientist -

Spring Hill, FL Employment Type:

Full-Time, Permanent Shifts:

Nights, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, rotating weekends (8, 10, or 12-hour shifts)

Compensation:

$27.09 - $37.92/hr depending on experience

Differentials:

$2.50/hr for Nights. $2.00/hr On-Call.

Sign-On Bonus:

$10,000 for Nights, $5,000 for

Available case by case Job Description Overview We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist near Spring Hill, FL. This role ensures accurate lab testing and quality reporting across multiple technical disciplines, supporting timely clinical decisions and patient care outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct routine and stat laboratory testing. Monitor, document, and report patient results. Perform delta checks and ensure quality control compliance. Assist with supply monitoring and inventory management. Provide support for CAP and hospital inspections. Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate as needed. Qualifications Associate degree in Medical Technology required; Bachelor's preferred. Active Florida State Technologist license. Minimum 3 years of medical laboratory experience. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
