Job DescriptionWe are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Post Doctoral Fellow to join our dermatology research team in Detroit, United States. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to advance dermatological science through rigorous research, collaborate with experienced investigators, and contribute to meaningful discoveries that directly impact patient care and clinical outcomes. The successful candidate will conduct independent and collaborative research projects while developing expertise in dermatological research methodologies, translational approaches, and clinical applications. Required Skills and Experience:

•Ph.D. or M.D. in dermatology, biomedical sciences, immunology, molecular biology, or a closely related fieldAdvanced research experience in dermatology, immunology, molecular biology, or related biomedical disciplinesDemonstrated expertise in dermatological research methodologies and clinical research protocolsStrong scientific writing ability with proven experience preparing manuscripts for peer-reviewed journalsProficiency in data analysis, statistical software (such as SPSS, R, or SAS), and research databasesHands-on experience with laboratory techniques relevant to dermatological researchComprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements, including IRB protocols and HIPAA complianceExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex scientific information effectivelyAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a research team environmentStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyDemonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesTime management skills and commitment to meeting research deadlines and milestones
