A Pharmacology Research Scientist performs scientific research with the aim of discovering new solutions or improving existing ones within the field of use and effects of drugs.
Full-Time Posting Detail Information Position Summary The Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences is looking for a highly motivated Postdoctoral Associate interested in conducting research within the scope of the current laboratory studies. The selected candidate is expected to work on existing projects in nanomedicines and drug delivery, as well as to develop new directions, such as antibody drug conjugates to treat cancer and inflammatory diseases. The work will require mastering a broad spectrum of skills from fluorescence microscopy, nanomedicines, biomaterials, immunology, and cancer biology. In addition, the candidates should have strong experience in animal studies and have published research articles as a first author. PI's philosophy is to encourage independent work, stimulate creativity and provide guidance for candidate's career development.
