Send job Job Details Company Job Details The OHSU Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Research is seeking a PhD level post-doctoral fellow. The post-doctoral fellow will conduct research under the direction of Dr. Andrei Sdrulla, who holds two NIH R01 grants focusing on the cellular mechanisms through which spinal cord stimulation—a clinically used neuromodulation therapy—relieves pain. This position requires expertise in rodent physiology, advanced microscopy, neurophysiology, and pharmacology, as well as extensive experience analyzing and presenting scientific data and experience in scientific writing, including paper publication. This role will involve a variety of electrophysiology, imaging, behavioral assays, and molecular techniques. Experience with Prism GraphPad and Biorender is a plus. Company The Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine is integral to the healthcare, education and research missions at OHSU. We provide clinical services at OHSU hospitals and collaborate with the Veterans Affairs Portland Health Care System (VA), Hillsboro Medical Center and Adventist Health.
