Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Weather Damage Inspector to assess and document property damage caused by severe weather events. This role involves inspecting residential roofs for weather related damages and making assessments for property owners. The ideal candidate will possess strong self-motivation, a desire to learn and grow, and an interest in assisting homeowners with restoring their home. Duties Engage homeowners and educated them about the severity of weather related damages to their home. Collect and analyze data related to damage assessment, including taking detailed notes and photographs Utilize our CRM and proven processes to provide top notch customer service and professional solutions. Commit to continued education bi-weekly to ensure we are the most educated and efficient team in the industry. Evaluate roof conditions to provide homeowners with reasonable options for restoration Assist in the development of repair strategies based on inspection results Utilize management teams and established processes to provide a genuine "full-service" experience for customers Maintain an atmosphere of high-level energy and positive attitude to continue to enrich workplace culture.
