This position is responsible for the day-to-day duties of carcass chilling, grading, and sorting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform job according to pre-established safety, quality, and efficiency standard operating procedures. Pushing cattle carcasses up and down a rail. Scanning hot weights tags and enter the grades on the carcasses given to the USDA grader. Open and Closes rails by flipping switches on a switch box. Use a camera to get the grade of the cattle carcass Stack and sort carcasses by age Tag carcasses by grade and weight Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Able to push carcasses through a rail, average push weight is 30-40 lbs. Bilingual (Spanish a plus) Ability to work 40-50 hours per week Ability to work from 6am until the job is complete EOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled and Drug-Free Work Place
