The Microbiologist performs microbiological assays on clinical and/or commercial product raw materials, in-process production samples, finished products, environmental monitoring samples, and process and cleaning validation samples, including selected specialized techniques. Conducts qualitative, quantitative, and investigational testing in compliance with USP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements, as well as company standard operating procedures. Evaluates results against established specifications and ensures accurate documentation while applying strong foundational microbiological, technical, and quality principles, maintaining attention to detail, aseptic technique, and data integrity, and providing limited support or guidance to newer team members.

The Microbiologist will be operating in full compliance with applicable hygiene, safety, quality, and regulatory standards, and in alignment with the organization's framework, company's procedures, and the defined scope of responsibility the role is accountable for.The Microbiologist performs microbiological assays on clinical and/or commercial product raw materials, in-process production samples, finished products, environmental monitoring samples, and process and cleaning validation samples, including selected specialized techniques.
